Grijalva: I was looking at the example of now-Representative Walkinshaw from Virginia, who was elected two weeks ago Tuesday. The following Wednesday—less than 24 hours later—he was sworn in, with unofficial results.

So for me, apparently the rules have now changed in just two weeks.

We do need H1B reform to make sure companies don’t abuse H1B to undercut American labor and to stop exploitation of H1B workers by letting workers quit jobs without losing their visa.

This won’t do either of those. What this will do is create chaos for employees and employers.

Thank you for your analysis. I had heard of their obsession with this study a few days ago , so after reading the study design and results, I had similar conclusions. All this garbage is Exhausting!
