This is a GREAT IDEA for Dems; it worked great in UK. Basically set up a Dem Cabinet with "qualified" people in cabinet positions. Ex: Sen Klobuchar as AG, Sen Booker as Secy of State. Then you present how "we would've handled" certain situations. Great lead-up to midterms.
