OK, I did a little more digging on Sascha Riley & the timeline discrepancies seem to be legitimate criticisms.

Other than that, especially since some of the grotesquerie mirrors recent Epstein files (& at least 1 of those horrible tales confirmed by Allison Gill) it seems credible.

Todd Blanche tells us the "depictions of violence" stuff within the Epstein files will *not* be released but from the allegations alone (unsubstantiated thus far but match every other data point we know), these acts were committed against children and are horrific:
