For the record, I fully acknowledge that Missouri was absolutely on the wrong side of the ACTUAL historical Border War that sparked the US Civil War.

However, in the FOOTBALL Border War, I could not be any happier today!

No rock chalk today. Just a big Rock M!

Fight, Tigers, fight for Ol' Mizzou!

Just finished watching Enemy of the state and Zero Day this weekend. What makes me sad is that those movies assume some one in an elected capacity will stand against blatant corruption. I never thought that would be the most absurd plot point.

Mahomes is truly historically great, but amidst all the hagiography today, let us remember that a FG left Josh Allen in position for a game-winning TD drive, and it was Steve Spagnuolo's defense that shut the door on the Bills. This has been a Steve Spagnuolo appreciation post.

A grim but essential memory: 80 years ago today Auschwitz was liberated. That there was an Auschwitz to liberate is unspeakably tragic. . .

This is why we do one thing every day.
Thank goodness: after an outpouring of public dissent, Lackland reversed its terrible decision and will thankfully be teaching recruits about the Tuskegee airmen and the Women Airforce Service Pilots again. A reminder that we must always push back: www.expressnews.com/news/article...
Air Force says new recruits will again learn about Tuskegee Airmen
The head of the service's San Antonio-based training command said a video about the pioneering Black aviators would remain in the basic training curriculum.

It isn't "sharing your faith" when you're using legislation to do it. That's "forcing your faith."

Jesus never gave us the right to impose our religious beliefs on anyone.

When it violates human free will and matters of conscience, it isn't about Jesus.

It's about control.

This stark contrast is a reminder that leadership and policy choices matter. States prioritizing investment in people—through #education, #healthcare, and quality of life—deliver real results.
