Is is legal to build european-style courtyard housing here?
- main door is like a hallway tunnel w mailboxes,
- then it opens up into courtyard,
- bunch of other doors to go upstairs to sections of the building.
instead of typical large lobbies in new large dev

after yet another BART delay, i boarded a train that happened to have a new Very Loud chime sound—and the chime is constant thru the WHOLE RIDE except for pauses for upcoming station announcements.

i was on one of the trains approaching west oakland BART just after this medical emergency happened.
not mad about the delay/wait but i feel like shit now because i even get carsick/nauseated/queasy by stop-and-go on trains 😵🤮

but blocked by delivery trucks & construction (demolished bldg next to top dog) on the 1 block that matters the most!!
so aggravating.
