At a certain point I wonder if Schumer’s support for KOSA is why he doesn’t want a shutdown.

Like earlier this year, I had some conversations with people who were extremely angry that some folks didn't kill themselves on their behalf, because the angry people didn't care about success, they cared about symbolic gestures.

I think there are people who get mad at the Democrats for basically just being a party dedicated to theatre but then they also get really mad that people aren't just doing big sweeping symbolic gestures about topics that achieve nothing. Do they see the irony?
