Renewables routinely generate more than half of U.K electricity.

They also generate thousands of jobs, reduce our exposure to volatile gas prices, and allow us to stick two fingers up to fossil-fueled dictators.

Global warming deniers and fossil fuel shills in the West spent decades supporting Big Oil’s attempts to kill the electric car.

Now, they blame ‘gender neutral corporate speech’ for the industrial decline they caused.

If you fall for their lies, you’ll fall for anything.

Intriguing interview with Danny Kruger where he sees his opponents as naive and dangerous radicals wanting to see "socialist heaven" on earth.

Yet his traditionalism is the far more radical and idealistic vision with potential for enormous harm.

If Ukraine is forced to cede territory and other surrenders that reward the illegal invader in order to achieve “peace,” nations that claim to believe in the rule of law and the sanctity of nations will have profoundly failed Ukraine, and greenlit the next invasions by dictators and war criminals.
🚨🚨This is no "peace" plan, it is a recipe for further suffering and #Russian imperialist expansion in the #west. It is difficult to appreciate just how much damage the #trump administration has done to #Ukraine and its war efforts. It is disgusting beyond words. 🧵 www.theguardian.com/world/2025/n...

At the heart of the U.S. shale industry in Texas, oil production is climbing. But you wouldn't know that if you talked to Mark Waters, who owns a store that sells tools and safety equipment to oil firms.

Six years later, that decision would lead the TotalEnergies CEO to be named in a war crimes complaint.
