If politicians and public officials spent half as much time as they do being petulant adults in Office, we'd have better room for competence on the ground; in practice.

I was in a queue earlier, and getting annoyed. But, it's pretty difficult *staying* annoyed at the incompetence of a supermarket when you've got that new Taylor Swift on your earphones.
