These people with hundreds of billions who think they need more obviously don't need it to satisfy any physical need or desire - they've already got more than enough to cover that. The money belongs to Venezuela,from its own resources and diverted from Venezuelan treasury. It's not input 60%,as suggested it, but 100%. It is neither legal to retain it in Qatar under a personal account, nor in the US Treasury, as others propose. It doesn't belong to them.It's from Venezuela.
