One of the most valuable and lasting effects my therapist had on me was that at the beginning of each session she asked me "so what's been better?"
Consistently asking me that question helped condition my mind to naturally seek out healthier thinking patterns.

Agree. but still lots of S Tier people imo. Reebs,Silva,Dwain McFarland, JJ, Shawn Seigele, Pat Kerrane, Jakob S, Daigle are my favorites off top of my head.They all put in the time and show their work.Not afraid to be different when their process takes them there but not remotely click bait either

On a rebuild I have 4 x '26 1sts.
One of those 1sts is from a team who clinched a playoff bye.
It's burning a hole in my pocket.
I don't really have anything to add to it (not even 2nds), and I'd rather not take on production (max PF for rookie draft order).
Not sure what I can do.
