"other bosses had similar death animations that didnt do damage" okay but throughout the last judge fight her weapon is constantly exploding and at the end it's the thing that explodes why wouldnt you assume it does damage. WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO NOTICED

if i was a streamer and my chat watched me fight the last judge waiting to see if id die to the explosion id impress with my awesome observational skills and simply get away from the explosion. but im not. so no one knows how smart i am (guy who has 80h in silksong so far but hasnt reached act 3)

if you go into hard games with a "this is going to kick my ass so many times" mindset you will be immune to gamer rage. mostly

like this is one of the first things i noticed in silksong. the runbacks to bosses are shorter and there are more frequent benches. a few bosses having longer runbacks is not that crazy

"bilewater runback is too long!!" firstly there's a closer bench secondly there are SO MANY bosses with a bench just nearby i think you can tolerate a few longer runbacks

i wont lie i do feel a little smug feeling like silksong isnt as unfairly difficult as everyone makes it out to be but that's just how i feel. i came into this game expecting to get my ass kicked over and over again and i did. and i still think it's not that crazy hard
