À l’arrêt depuis juin, le nouveau réacteur nucléaire pourrait redémarrer mi-octobre. Mais pour combien de temps ? Des problèmes n’ont toujours pas trouvé de « solution définitive », de l’aveu même d’EDF. Et Greenpeace devient « persona non grata » dans les centrales.

That's excellent news. I agree with you and would add energy efficiency and conservation. There is also what can be called energy sufficiency / sobriety.
