Factoid: Here’s your quick reminder btwn 1954 & 1976 there was a British Caravan Road Rally which, as this 1968 Triumph 2000 ad noted, included a series of track tests at Mallory Park & a fast towing stability test.

The original Fiat Strada was the UK and US name for the Ritmo hatch, but the model name reappeared in Brazil in 1996 on the pick-up version of Fiat's Palio 'world car'. The Strada was exported to many left-hand-drive European markets, as seen in the 1999 German brochure. #weirdcarbs
