Vacation's great because it gives me the time to actually go through and cancel all the stuff I was subbed to that I don't actually need at all or I've just forgotten I even have. Cut all that down until it's the stuff I actually expect to use imminently

My extremely specific Dragon Quest 7 take is that they should have messed with the order of events enough to put Alltrades Abbey way earlier in the game. It felt weird to get access to that after like 20+ hours in the original game and it still feels weird now

I think it's kind of weird to always want high tension or major difficult pushback in a videogame. I don't always want Finnegan's Wake in my books, I don't always want to scale a cliffside. Sometimes I want to meander through the woods and enjoy the breeze or read a YA fantasy book

I know it's not in the news at this point because the orange man did a racism (as usual) but there's still 2000 madmen terrorizing children and people and businesses shutting down every day here, it sucks

Monster Hunter Stories 3 both looks and runs vastly better than MH Wilds, it's very funny. I have no idea why Highest textures take up 12gb of vram vs 7gb for High though. That feels like a huge jump

It's still baffling to me that Square of all companies didn't make a full mobile version of Queen's Blood with paid expansion sets from other FFs. You had me, Square. You actually would have gotten me to pay money for a mobile game and you didn't do it

I finished Trails Beyond the Horizon and the last 25% of that game, maybe more, shoves it straight into the top tier of Trails. I am so incredibly excited that we're all caught up now. Also excited for Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter but man, I need that next part.

I think everyone needs to apologize to Highguard for being so harsh on it ending a showcase because Todd Howard just came out here and showed us true despair. The absolute dirt worst ending to any showcase I can remember. But I'm sure we'll get very funny performance analysis from S2 versions

I'm not really sure what happened backstage with AEW in the last month or so but the shows are like, noticeably even better than before. The booking is really good and exciting.

Just a PSA for people, FreeTaxUSA is an excellent tool for filing taxes. Do not, I repeat, do not give your money to TurboTax. They lobby congress to keep tax filings difficult and inflate their prices to make it more expensive.

Ciampa in AEW should be excellent. He was one of my favorite parts of NXT Black and Gold back in the day. I'd be very okay with Ciampa just beating Briscoe immediately for the belt, make him in the company, even if it changes Fletcher's storyline, they can shift him higher up anyway

I normally have my vacation during the Australian Open/January basho and watch them constantly but I went a couple weeks later this year and my brain knows. I'm completely checked out of work, just trying to float through this week and next
