Had a great week going to 4 stages of the Tour Of Britain cycling race. The last 2 stages were local to me, which was brilliant. Wonderful to see Geraint Thomas again but I feel sad that he's now retired & I won't see him racing again! Here's some pics I took of him in Cardiff. #cycling

One thing I know is I'll never book to go to a concert abroad anymore! I never usually do but this one time I do it ends up being cancelled! The trip is already paid for, I'm just glad it's in a city I love anyway so I will still go & enjoy the sights. But gigs abroad, no, just too risky. #concerts
