Cité de Carcassonne is a restored medieval fortress in the French Pyrenees. It's one of the largest and best-preserved fortified cities in Europe. Most of it is extremely touristy. But if you look past the tacky shops, you will find its beauty. #travel #France #Pyrenees #Carcassonne #photography
