Y'all, I have a Substack. It's called The Kitchen Sink and the Very First Post is about meat tins.

In fact, it's only Part I of meat tins. You never know there was so much to learn about tins full of meat.

I've done it. I've officially received my MLA in Gastronomy from BU. There are things I've been proud of, but never like this.

I am excited to share, a full week later, that I turned in my last incomplete 10 years late for my 11-year-old two year part-time masters degree with BU Gastronomy.

I’d like to thank all my haters, primarily myself, who never thought I’d get here.
