these dang kids have never modified a .cfg to run a game on below-spec hardware and it shows
man... now i'm remembering my incredible Swiss wool coat that disappeared many years ago: stout grey wool, Swiss cross buttons, not too heavy, and a great size for me. i even took it to Switzerland in the winter and got the full experience.

the color, flavor, and set are all good. it's not a clear winner, though, as it's a little grainy and there's still a whisper of astringency on the back end. i think i can improve on it...

* these are not "Texas" wild persimmons, but probably "American".
