Oh yes I did. Thanksgiving Pie. Layered mashed potatoes, Just Chick'n, stuffing and gravy between 2 pie shells. Baked it then smothered it in gravy and cranberry sauce. Hubby thinks I'm crazy.🤷♀️ #veganfood
