I remember it getting weirder and stuff but honestly I think the Conquest fight was the best fight int he whole of the comic series. Not to say it’s downhill from here. Still great stuff but they’re gonna have to embellish

Nothing against you personally but I find it funny that the author has consistently brought up old tropes and quickly twisted them into something better throughout the entire story but everyone’s either ignoring that or they hate this trope so much they don’t even want it to exist.

Honestly! Why did she always drag news out into a five hour
miniseries? It made the anxiety way worse.
"They've arranged a public appearance for the damsel." Alright. Fine. She shouldn't have told me at all, then I could miss it. I prayed to my sexual organs to just finish me off. This could only be in direct response to my misdemeanors. As Mum recited the details, it sounded A) terrible and B) pretty pain of deathy. I had to go.
Roxy couldn't resist a "Ha-ha!" Seriously, my torture was like
an olympic sport for her.
"They say they've arranged it to introduce you, formally, now
that you're full time—"
My head shot up over the back of the sofa. "To who?" I was well aware my voice raised an octave with every
question too.
"Well, everybody," she said, still not even looking up from her
phone.
"The public? No, no, no. I go to school. That's enough public.
I have cameras for public."
I scrambled off the sofa to go beg in person; my puppy eyes
only had a limited range.
"Your attendance is compulsory. They're clear on that."
"Compulsory! And I bet all they want me to do is stand around
in a dress," I said to no one in particular.
