Today I watched a video in which the Governor of Iowa Jodi Ernst snidely pretend she didn’t understand that cuts to Medicaid would cause people to die. She then sarcastically used Jesus as a human shield for her total lack of morality.
She is an evil person who doesn’t care who dies.

Many years ago, when I worked in the SICU we gave a dying patient a tiny drink of champagne on New Years Eve. We used a 30cc med cup in lieu of a champagne flute. So, I applaud this nurse. Well done

Thanks for this. A month ago my beloved sister died from an overdose. She struggled for decades, countless detox, rehabs, halfway houses. Our family is shattered. God I hate addiction, despite knowing that addiction sometimes masks many other issues

Yes, you can find a good recipe on Allrecipes. We always served it in frosted with whipped cream, but a cream cheese frosting would be good as well
