Fascinating! I wonder how far the drop off is from percentage English/Spanish is to the third language.

It’s only been two days, but it seems clear to me that Bluesky missed its moment to be the Twitter replacement.

It feels like Threads is going to eat Twitter’s lunch, and Bluesky will be a cute niche site. Hope I’m wrong, but feels inevitable already.

genuinely the best of luck to threads, mastodon, nostr, and every other project in this space. these projects are darn tough and I know a lot of passionate & talented people are involved.

no matter how it ends, I think there's a lot of reason to hope for good outcomes for people

Nice! Knowing the history of your favorite foods just adds another layer of enjoyment. I love corned beef but only have it once a year at the in-laws for our annual corned beef and potato feast. Going to share this tidbit at the next gathering.

I'll repeat a tip I used to find people when I got here: find one person you know (usually the person who invited you) and go through their following list because there are probably mutuals there. Repeat with those mutuals. Soon you'll have a nice timeline of familiar folks. But find new folks too!
Fair. It's a challenge just finding people, and there are way too many social platforms right now.
Such an underrated show!
Happy birthday Doug and many more to come. Looking good at 15! 🎉
