Eigenlijk is honing-mosterd gelakte zalm in de oven met ovenpatatjes en worteltjes een lekker winters gerechtje, en zelfs de pubers lusten het graag! Eerst de groentjes en patatjes klaarmaken in de oven, laatste 10 minuten de gelakte zalm erbij, omnom.
