Esteban Ocon should not have raced in the 2022 Miami GP. Of course if a driver tries to hide symptoms they need to take some responsibility, but it's also up to the medics employed by the sport to spot these things. Concussion is incredibly dangerous.

“I’ve had some big crashes,” Ocon said. “Touch wood, those crashes have never been too violent, despite some of them exceeding 40G and nearly knocking me out. Sometimes my eyesight got blurry, or I had a headache for three, four days…”

“I remember, the next morning I was in the shower and I collapsed. I lost my balance and fell, I was not well at all. I managed, starting from last, to finish eighth in that race. I was peeing red, that was not great!”

Verstappen admitted the same late last year or whenever it was after Silverstone 2021. Struggling with vision problems. Colapinto said in Spanish after his qualifying crash in Vegas last year that he was concussed.

Motorsport needs to wake up on this. Otherwise lots of lawsuits in the future.

Dear President Obama,
I saw in your statement you said "Israeli families" & "the people of Gaza."
Palestinians have families, too.
This kind of language contributes to dehumanization. Dehumanization is part of what caused so many to stay silent as 20,000 children were killed in this genocide.
I've sat with wonderful Palestinian families from Gaza. They look at their children just like we look at ours - with all the love & hope in the world.

Honestly, it’s exhausting that people think Gazans should only ask for help to survive to eat, to stay alive but not to dream, to study, or to rebuild their lives. Wanting education, safety, and a future isn’t greed. It’s being human.
