Obviously lawyers should not wear a civil rights t-shirt to court. Lawyers should observe decorum by only wearing an American flag pin or a crucifix, which are neutral messages without any potentially prejudicial meaning.
Need you to weigh in @kenwhite.bsky.social!
Well looks like it won't matter because Judge Pittman declared a mistrial -- because a defense attorney wore a T-shirt with Civil Rights Era-protestors on it. Star Telegram reports 130 new jurors will come in next week. The defense attorneys opposed a mistrial.

Suppliers of death: The Insider identifies another 160 companies making purchases on behalf of the Russian military

If these were all to be added to sanctions lists at the same time, it could deal a serious blow to Russia’s military production.

President Trump keeps threatening to unilaterally impose rules (like voter ID requirements) on upcoming elections.

Monday’s "One First" explains why—whether as a matter of constitutional law, existing federal statutes, or simple, practical logistics—his (ominous) threats are ultimately empty ones:
210. The President's Lack of Power Over Elections
President Trump keeps insisting that he can unilaterally change the rules for voting in the midterms. It's not just that he's *wrong*; it's that there's no mechanism through which he could even *try.*

At the moment of writing, not only the site was non-responding—but even its domain name was never registered.

Can someone remind me why this is not our guy for 2028? Young, speaks well, drops truth bombs, handsome (sorry it’s an advantage)….??
Ossoff: "Among today's false prophets are the election deniers who indulge this president's obsession with overturning the 2020 election. Hear me when I say this -- they tell a lie so absurd, and therefore so debasing, that the act of telling it proves the teller's total and humiliating submission."

Another #SheShed prediction, from the beginning, of Trump's second-wrecking of the USA. If he can crash the dollar, regular people lose their land, their homes and their businesses. The billionaires swoop in and buy it after foreclosure, on the cheap. Then, they rent it back to us for 10 times more.

Trump would love to cancel the midterms. He can’t. States run elections, not presidents. The feds don't have the manpower, the infrastructure, or the legal authority.
