The Nobel Peace Prize committee says they've awarded this year's honor to María Machado of Venezuela. But an AI video posted on the MAGA MOMS 4 LIBERTY Facebook page clearly shows that the prize was awarded to Donald Trump. For busy MAGA moms for liberty, it can be hard to know who to trust.

If James visits the home regularly then it is available to her for personal use, which means it is not a “rental investment property” as defined by the mortgage rider…and therefore negates the central claim of the indictment

NYT reports that Letitia James’s great niece lives in the home that is the subject of the indictment.

The niece reportedly testified before a *different* grand jury, telling them that she had lived there for many years without paying rent. James visits regularly.

Per NYT, Trump is trying to criminalize being generous, which I can understand if you're Trump but may not work out.

Under rules, Tish James could do short term rental in first year. She did (and made <$5K).
Then her great niece has lived there, rent free.
