Ok, I rarely buy pokemon things these days, even when I heavily enjoyed the series when younger, and this new game confirms to me that it's not just me growing out of it.

You can traverse this map in 6 minutes. You can't go indoors in a city. This is in no way worth that price tag.

No Way Through, Local 58, Gemini Home Entertainment, the list goes on and on. I got my entry into them through Marble Hornets, the original "Slenderman" series, (only he's "The Operator" there.) It's prime analog horror, on a budget and damn effective. Carnis Vitae is also a favorite of mine.

best, and by that I mean Analog Horror. These are some amazingly creative endeavors. True, some go absolutely wild with the lore and the characters and end up going right between their own legs and up themselves, but some are downright masterful creations and noteworthy stories we should not forget.

Since ancient times, people love to tell stories. Some may say things like "originality is dead", and while this may be true of the latest Hollywood films or AAA blockbuster video games, there are plenty of exceptions. Indie games are extremely obvious, but beyond those as well.

I like to view myself as a modern day folklorist by interests and hobby, so I like to keep that magic alive in me and in life itself, finding and taking note of the things so small and just accepted as natural that were meticulous evolution of creativity, effort, maybe even some boredom.
