Coming back with yet another #Palisade Post Card for #FriendsAtTheTable. My 3rd card of 6 was centered on The Figure in Concrete & The Broken Spoke, framed as one of many Alise Breka novels. The pulp novel framing, here, was designed by @badbucket.bsky.social, and was used on multiple cards.

1. Alert, and please share widely. A lawyer at the ACLU has asked me to inform my transgender readers that they should NOT be applying for passports right now - the state department has not issued guidance to comply with the court order and they are urgently trying to get them to do so.

Saw an old friend and her kids tonight. Friend asked me if i watch Dr. Who. I said yeah i’ve seen a little bit. Her youngest (8ish) with disdain in his voice beyond his years looked at me & said “yeah you look like you watch Dr. Who”

I just genuinely worked myself into a rage bc i wanted to eat some baby carrots but my teeth are rly cold sensitive & painful. So imagine me, a grown man, fully on the verge of tears, eating baby carrots like this

Folks. I have officially been trans for long enough that i forgot about it. Neurologist told me that a potential migraine med is dangerous for pregnancy so “if that were ever to happen you’d need to stop taking it” & i fully was like?? What does that have to do with me??? Bro, u forgot ur uterus
