New mothers often experience such extreme isolation and sleep deprivation for months and years on end, they can develop psychosis. But that’s not a crisis. We just shove it under the postpartum depression umbrella and treat it like a minor obstacle to overcome.
Workplace discrimination and harassment, sexual assault, and domestic violence - these very often leave victims desperately lonely but this loneliness somehow never merits discussion as a "crisis"

It’s not coincidence that the discourse about male loneliness & declining birth rates are coinciding w/ CDC data showing high rates of victimization of & depression amongst teen girls & w/ the rapid dissolution of rights to bodily autonomy for girls, women, & gender marginalized groups.
One thing you notice about anti-feminism is that its public discourses are all about erecting a fantasy of men’s victimization that is clung to all the more desperately and insistently the more it contradicts the actual facts. So the more women are hurt, the more we’re told that men are suffering.
