Fungogos love groovin in the gogo grove, a massive forest with canopies so thick its lower layers are bathed in darkness. They might not be all that intelligent, but their dances are incredibly complicated and allow them to communicate with one another

I still find it wild how anime fans, by and large, generally disowned Nobuhiro Watsuki and his work the moment he was outed as a pedophile. Meanwhile, Harry Potter fans keep finding new excuses to support the thing while the creator is actively working to exterminate trans people.

Tombstuna are the reanimated fossils of a species of ancient fishlike critter that lived long ago. Tombstuna are sometimes referred to as the "Skalken of the Sea," because of their similar niches in their respective environments.

It is not possible to be bigoted against AI. It's like being bigoted against a chair. I'm not a bigot because I think an inanimate object sucks.

But even if it was possible (lol), bigotry against people is way more important. Hell, bigotry against anything that's in any way alive is more important.

Rumored to be descended from an ancient demon-king, Impeon just like to giggle and cause minor inconveniences for people in their territory. Many a time has a torch in the darkness been burned out by a particularly bold Impeon looking to cause a fright.

One of the earliest examples of bar jokes is
Sumerian (c. 4500-1900 BC), and it features a dog:
"A dog walked into a tavern and said, 'I can't see a thing. I'll open this one!" [1] The humor of it is probably related to the Sumer way of life and has been lost, but the words remain.

Pests which eat at bones and corpses to harvest soul energy from them. Certain shore-dwelling subspecies congregate around shipwrecks for this reason, leading local cultures to see them as harbingers of death collecting the indebted souls of pirates.

These rascals love to pull pranks on seafaring populations by stealing their fish and dropping anvils on their head. Just silly things like that which are certain to not harm anyone! Most people don't like Anemosis... cowards, they are. It's cool.
