and the one who has self-esteem problems also has the complicating factor of course of "I'm trying to fill in the missing 4-5 years of what she was up to and the prospective answers all make me uncomfortable but also I need to make sure she's able to recover from that situation mentally"

getting frustrated at my OCs as I try to figure out their relationship and how it all works. It's very messy
but ultimately the important thing is the two love each other but one thinks the other deserves MUCH better than her and that's fundamentally the root of the problems in their relationship

I love all the Vox songs in S2 but honestly I think the Pentious monologue is what's been sticking with me the most because of how KEY the lesson feels to the central thesis of the series.

Reading this remark of hers, hopefully it IS sincere and she does put in the work. I want to be cautiously optimistic as well and believe people can recognize harm they've done and change.

Also of course there's my frustration with how the province transparently rigged the game to give the separatists a shot at getting a referendum despite a) the "remain in Canada" crowd beating them to collecting signatures b) a separatist question being unconstitutional and thus not allowed

case in point - the VERY popular "remain in Canada" petition (that got 2X the signatures they needed) very much was using every public place they could find to get people to sign
the separatists are full on renting convention halls.

I don't want to think that it's a foreign op but I do suspect that dark money's coming from wealthy American interests at the very least
