I missed the legacy showcase challenge yesterday because I didn't realize they moved the start time. After I give it I couldn't sign up I had just enough time to drive to a local legacy monthly instead and get 2nd place with gw depths. Long love Marit Lage!

Til that Marvel has made a comic in which Trump joined AIM and becomes a MODOK variant and this is so funny to me. The funny (tragic and depressing) thing is they didn't even need to come up with a villanous plot. He just does the same stuff he does irl.

Just learned the hard way that kaito is no longer a planeswalker when its a creature?! How does that make sense, and why is it different than gideon? (genuinely asking, while also venting) I just tried to sheoldred's edict one in combat and basically lost on the spot as a result

Got a foot of snow yesterday. My shovel broke. And I can't even get out of the driveway to go buy a new one. This is hell. (Going to ask the neighbors for one later, but don't want to disturb them right now in case anyone's sleeping in)

The annual BCDL State of the Chicken! Also we're getting ready to take BCDL on the road! You've asked for it & now we're doing it. The plan is to do an event or two on the road in the back half of 2026 in addition to our usual events w/ more in 2027.

Was considering learning TES so threw on a @bryant-cook.theepicstorm.com video and must say, it really is insane how high quality his videos are.
Also, the deck also still looks like nonsense to me, despite the fact he's making it look like winning with it is the easiest thing in the world

Genuinely so confused why oops is considered good for the format. Just played a match where my opponent went off on turn 1 all three games, with protection in 2 of them. Super cool. So fun. (yes I'm salty)
