It's no wonder that my physical TBR hasn't shrank over the last year. It's because I keep going to the library for books. So, anyway, here is what I picked up today from the library. #booksky #llibraryhaul 📚💙

Made some pies today, a chocolate cream and a gingerbread cream. We haven't had the gingerbread cream pie before, but I feel like we'll enjoy it.

A Curvy Christmas is set in the fictional town of Garland, somewhere in the USA (best guess). Garland is famous for its obsession with Christmas, so much so that tourists flock to the town to experience a Garland Christmas. These new additions to the Curvy Christmas series include two more stories of teenage girls on their search for a Christmas romance.

It's a bit of a chilly morning here with the potential for a light snow later. Took the dog for a walk and now I'm enjoying a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Took some books and dispersed them around to a few Little Free Libraries. Felt good to get them out of the house while also making them available to fellow booklovers.

Spent the morning baking, cleaning, and setting up a bunch of Christmas decorations. However, we have misplaced the extension cord for the tree, so we can't turn it on until we find it.

I posted a buy link here to "A Magical Inheritance" a few days ago, and 24 of you immediately went to Anna's Archives and fucking stole it from me.

Yes, stole it.

I do not get paid for your download there because YOU ARE STEALING FROM ME.

This is one of my favorite indie series! I was so excited when Lyra Wolf reached out for an arc review. 😊 The Fire in the Frost is another wonderful addition to the series!

The Fire in the Frost by Lyra Wolf Book Review
The Fire in the Frost is another wonderful addition to The Nine Worlds Rising. Fans of Norse mythology retellings need to dive into this world and read about Lyra Wolf’s Loki.

My library didn't have a copy of Brigands & Breadknives, so I put in a request for them to get it. Less than 48 hours later, I got the notification that they ordered it, and I am first in line for when it arrives. I love the library.

Finally finding time to sit down and do some blog work. I have done so little blog stuff in the last month and a half, but that's life for you. Working on my yearly TBR update post. It's a lot of work, especially moving all the books and taking multiple pictures of each shelf, but I love it.

November has been unexpectedly busy, but I'm starting to come to the end of a long to-do list, so I will once again be free to focus on the blog. Winter prep always takes longer than expected, despite now living where winters are significantly milder.

Baked up a batch of pizza breadsticks, and within 20 minutes, over half of them were gone. Safe to say the family enjoyed them. Guess I will have to make these more often.
