This falls into the realm of fraud. If they make it too hard for you, report to your bank or credit card that pulls auto payments. Report to your local branch of consumer protections. Examples are Secretary of State in the states.

A disabled person shouldn’t ever feel they have to “prove” themselves to random ableists online (or in-person).

Whether that be about their health conditions, or how they spend their money… it’s none of their business, and the person only need share what they choose to.
