Going into this Lord of the Flies business on the old BBC.

Starts with posh chubby kid in the rainforest. Just ambling around and shouting hello.

It's a book I've heard of but never read it wasn't even on the school list.

Ellie in the kitchen with the chef?

This is not going to go well. Surely.

I don't have a lot of clutter but I have enough I don't get rid of it . It's really not of control but still.

For example, all the DVDs I never watch I could get rid of them all..

..but effort.

Fascinating as always. What happens when the cost of software production becomes zero?

The impact on jobs, etc.

It is again about a concentration to more singular indiviudals.

YouTube lately seems to have been an exercise in noticing people who were married who are now single or who now seem to be with other people.

The weird thing about the US is they have this free enterprise culture (is that still true?) yet virtually everything you interface with is complicated.

Their financial system.
Their sports.
Their health care.

There are probably others.

Ordered three packs of 24 cans of sugar and caffeine free pepsi. They were on offer so I went small bulk.

It was enough for them to be delivered in the same day.

They arrived in two cars at the same time . At least myself and the drivers appreciated the humour of it.

Crazy.

Going to a fun week at work next week as all those without kids experience the joys of half term.

What goes around comes around but it's still a pain.

It's funny, out of all my immediate family I seem to be the only one with the 'metacognitive gene'.

Not saying that is better or worse but it often explains a lot.

I relate to my thoughts as interpretations. They experience them as a sort of immediate reality.

It's not that deep could possibly be one of the most annoying phrases I occasionally hear.

Not a lot, but usually when I do it's deeply irritating.

It is now becoming practically visible as to how AI is a fight for everything. Concept turning into the edges of reality.

It's not just a national competition but whole established norms as markets could disappear if it is successful.

It is another grand concentration. /1

Funny . Fascinating as always.

Some of the subtle things in this conversation around the ease of starting and the change in the flow the day is quite a big thing for certain personality types.

The funny thing about generative / LLM AI is people want to use it for things where even the models themselves say they shouldn't.

Crazy times.

Co-Pilot, ChatGTP and Gemini all said they could pick what might be requirements out of a source but should not write them .

All no memory prompts.

Gen X is financially paranoid and experientially extravagant.

I mean, all these things are sweeping generalisations but hmmm.

I guess it depends on how you define extravagant.

I am not sure what I was expecting from #PredatorBadlands but it probably wasn't this straight into it, crazy madness .

I mean thoroughly enjoyable crazy madness but still.

20th Century Fox fanfare is obviously Star Wars..

..but what does the HBO branding remind you of?

For me, it's Sex and the City.

I am too old to need or care to follow this advice but if I was young now and being told to GET INTO THE TRADES..

..I.would be in a complete disaster zone.

No one would want my exists in my head, practically inept ass doing anything in their house or surrounding environment.

Watching #Fallout. Once I got over the engagement jump of the crazy series gap I am really enjoying it.

The acting of the main two character continues to be great and very engaging.

Time for that people never get full credit for playing the altruistic character argument.

Haha the arrival of the end of level / zone boss at the end of #Fallout S2E4 is a thing.
