lol i was like "how can i feel like i'm taking control of my life? oh i know, i'll ask my boss how i'm doing at work. she loves me and will reassure me." then i started crying while talking to her and made it really weird and def did the opposite of reassuring me haha fuck my big fat chungus life.

thank you amaranth; sending hugs and love your way as well. i think i'm going to take this cue and make a to-do list too, i'm going to try and focus on things that will make me feel fulfilled, to try and counteract the helpless feelings i have.
