Polar Opposites continues to be a delightfully charming, and surprisingly positive and insightful little rom-com.
I love the entire cast, particularly these two, who would make for a great comedic gem pair in Land of the Lustrous.

I had enough faith in Ikoku Nikki to know it was never going to have Makio's sister simply be an absent antagonist, but I'm still incredibly relieved it's gone this route.

I'm sure there's some pivotal soundtracks from the 70-00's I'm just not familiar enough with to make a definitive assessment, but I'm genuinely struggling to think of any better anime osts than both Sonny Boy & Kevin Penkin's work on Made in Abyss S2.

As someone who uses extended yt ambient music videos for relaxation & sleep, the entire field has been utterly flooded by AI vomit for a good year now.

I'm definitely on the wrong platform, speaking to the wrong crowd for JJK takes, but between it and MHA, it's been a real shame watching some the best shounen from the last decade so deftly miss the arc.

The think I keep thinking about Jujutsu Kaisen is that The Shibuya Incident is basically an attempt at cheating and pulling a Chimera Ant Arc, without any of the character work or even arc build up that went into making it so effective.
