I can't tell if this is me being a grumpy, stingy old person, but I'm really struggling to decide if I should buy presents for my family that never talk to me but I see once a year at Christmas only. I used to always try to buy for the kids but I'm not even sure they'd care??

The new Witch Hat Atelier anime looks incredible and it's the first time I've been excited about a new series in a long time. I love the manga so much! I hope they do it justice.

My students had to make up a poster to explain an idea for a project that doesn't exist that they want to work on. One of them was about making a nationwide affordable housing conference, and he presented during the week all our faculty were away at an affordable housing conference.

Everyone please diligently check your candy this year. I cracked open a snickers bar and not only did I find a copper ingot, but it was of poor quality.
Worse still, when my man Nanni confronted my neighbor about it, he was treated with disdain.

If you like Mitski at all, I really recommend going to see her Mitski: The Land movie this week! Saw it tonight and it's beautifully shot! Worth it for the IMAX experience.
