Yes! The machines that assemble the games have a tape feeder and a tiny vacuum nozzle that picks up each part and places it on the PCB. It can fully automatically assemble thousands of games at a time without human intervention. It’s honestly a really cool process youtube.com/shorts/CjMiN...

Uhhhh I’m not sure

Your best bet is to 1. Make sure you are using a high quality flash cart for the RS hack (most flash cards don’t work for transfer but a couple do) and 2. Try transferring non-hack mons

If that works then there is a chance hack mons will transfer depending on what the devs did
