Wilkins told a funny joke. One I hadn't heard before. I belly laughed. It was the briefest respite from our current situation.

I then continued to stare at the dead body 10 feet away. Some DEI freak. A real one. He fucked us. Fucking voodoo witch magic bullshit, how the fuck could we have known?

Counterpoint: Everyone in this treasonous illegitimate administration should be hauled before Nuremberg 2.0 and pay with their lives for the fucked up shit they've done.

Once my stomach is better and I can handle cold I'm going to absolutely house some bitterly cold water.

They think it was food poisoning initially and that caused me to vomit super frequently for 36 hours. I puked out all my potassium, which caused diabetic keto acidosis, plus because I couldn't keep any water down extreme dehydration. I couldn't eat or drink for 5 days after. Nasty experience.

Thanks, I think I'm in the clear though. Doctor is supposed to be here soon, final bit of blood work then discharge after unless they throw me a curveball!

How the hell is he going to end this book

And now I am in the hall, how fortunes turn.

I was hoping to get discharged today anyway, some late potassium crashes had them keeping an eye on me though.

Hope the bloodwork from this morning looks good. They started me on potassium pills anyway so I should be in the clear.

I'm the only patient in this room not here for a stroke. I practically have a private bathroom.

Secret handshake, if they match you found 'em

Sry if secret-handshake-in-next-life wasn't part of your last life's fundamental priorities, sometimes that can happen

@katie.bzky.team Could you please signal boost this? Great program that I don't think enough people know about.

Or maybe there's an NS KTP out there somewhere?

Thanks!

If you are a Nova Scotian diabetic or knows one you should be aware of this program. Or make someone else aware.

These sensors are an incredible tool and we're all fuckin' poor and bleeding from our fingers here.
Family income	Annual deductible
$60,000 or less	$0
$60,001 to $80,000	$500
$80,001 to $100,000	$750
$100,001 to $150,000	$1,000
$150,001 or more	$0 (not eligible for the program)
You need to use any sources of insurance that you have (like private insurance) before the program can begin coverage. This includes insurance plans that require you to submit receipts to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Any amounts that are not paid by insurance are eligible for reimbursement by the Sensor-based Glucose Monitoring Program. Register for the Sensor-based Glucose Monitoring Program
Register for the Sensor-based Glucose Monitoring Program to help with the costs of sensor-based glucose monitoring supplies. You need to be living with diabetes and use multiple daily injections of insulin to register.

The Sensor-based Glucose Monitoring Program helps pay for approved sensor-based glucose monitoring systems that are listed in the Nova Scotia Formulary. Sensor-based glucose monitoring systems are an alternative to regularly testing your glucose levels by pricking your finger and using a test strip.
