They think it was food poisoning initially and that caused me to vomit super frequently for 36 hours. I puked out all my potassium, which caused diabetic keto acidosis, plus because I couldn't keep any water down extreme dehydration. I couldn't eat or drink for 5 days after. Nasty experience.

I was hoping to get discharged today anyway, some late potassium crashes had them keeping an eye on me though.

Hope the bloodwork from this morning looks good. They started me on potassium pills anyway so I should be in the clear.
