Bought myself a 2nd hand chair and stool off of marketplace. Sat in it this morning and got comfy with my feet on the stool, until Mr Mog discovered the stool. Got up at one point to get a drink, haven’t been able to sit there since.

I think its a good thing if studios are afraid of people even thinking they used AI in their production pipeline.
I hope other studios see the immediate backlash to even the most anticipated of games and realize how much of a bad idea it is to even look in the direction of GenAI.

I do not begrudge the people working 2 or 3 or 5 full time remote jobs (office or otherwise; we're all hustling), but I begrudge them doing it badly and making my own job harder. You gotta be responsive, get your shit done, turn your camera on, and show up to meetings.

I have long thought that if John Howard had been the opposition leader after the Port Arthur massacre, he would have fought tooth and nail against any changes to gun laws, and used the event & proposed law changes to attack the govt & cause division.
