Very few things piss me off as much as a message that says "As stated" or "As you know" when the information it precedes wasn't actually clearly conveyed previously. At the best of times, it still hits me like "Hey, Dumb Fuck, you oughtta know this already!"

I appreciate that Barry’s heart is in the right place, but there is no option within the two party system where Carol is not deported. I tried, and often failed, to prevent hundreds of Carols from getting deported under Obama. I saw thousands of Carols deported under Biden.

I'm not saying anything unique but I think it's worth amplifying the question of how Dave Sim made this list. I'm only slightly acquainted with his work but one of the few things I do know is that he has some controversial views and even a cursory internet search suggests he's an Uber-Misogynist.

Dave Sims has been nominated. Given his intense misogyny, I'm not a fan, regardless of how influential the work may be. Others may feel differently but I just don't have it in me anymore to be ok with this kind of thing.

Democratic leadership is terrified of being seen on the side of the people of Minneapolis, least they lose the potential future support of pro-cop people whose support they do not and never will have.
I have been actively involved in protest movements for 24 years. I have never seen anything approaching this scale. Minneapolis is not accepting what's happening here. ICE fucking murdered a woman for participating in this, and all that did is bring out more people, from more walks of life.
