And notice that pattern - Assistant Editors gain experience and become Editors. They remember who they've worked with and how they were treated.

I have always loved cooking.
And as I am growing more into my hobbit lifestyle I am looking to start a sourdough starter again... with semolina and some other non-standard-to-American flours to get hearty and delicious breads.
