Today I've got this little Fungal Abomination. It's body is covered in small pods capable of spreading blighted fungal spores up to 1000 yards given proper wind conditions. So y'know just be careful.

I think one of the saddest parts for me of the pet battle changes in midnight is the friends I have that have already quit. At this point I have counted 5 people I personally know who have refunded their midnight purchase and are moving to new games. #warcraft @support.blizzard.com

I would have bought this instantly to collect the pet. But if the changes to battle pets in midnight continue the way they are... I'll never buy another pet again. Why buy a pack for a battle pet when there will never be new content to use it on ever again? @support.blizzard.com #worldofwarcraft

I want to care about beta, or housing, but my tether to wow has always been the battle pets feature. Seeing it fade away in midnight has me at a negative hype level. Am I wrong for feeling so cut off from wow after this change?

Here's my suggestion for the easy fix to the wild pet catch change.
A toggle for the player in the options.
If they click to catch then it's level 1.
If they choose to battle it then it's level 23 when caught like previous.
For some people, battle pets mean alot!
