Do it. You don't have to be good at art for your art to have more value than any of the shit churned out by machines meant to pacify an audience. You don't have to do something marketable or funny, or that goes viral. Just fucking draw because you want to, and then keep the drawing to look back on.

It's funny because windows iirc has THREE in house methods for displaying windows. My work swapped to 11 and it caused multiple headaches and has been a pain to work with.

I tried running Linux on my desktop but ended up losing a drive to corruption due to Linux mint not recognizing 2 nvme drives and my entire art pipeline is tethered to windows (thanks celsys) so as much as I'd love to run Linux, I'm more apprehensive about it on my main rig.
