15lbs, sold as “fresh not frozen” still had a plug of ice in the cavity after ‘defrosting’ for 3 days in fridge.
Yield: 5lbs of ground turkey + breasts for curry!
Basically 2/3’s bone and non edibles.

Fun fact our first #hpc cluster for the human genome vented out into the underground carpark. In true 🇬🇧 style we put some cones out to block off a few spots so we didn’t melt folks cars.
A random interesting fact about the Cray XE6 racks: air exhausted up from the top of the rack!
The result was that the lights above Cielo all started failing over time due to being blasted with hot air. And no good way to access them due to the size of the cluster.
