Always happy to see metamorphia in anything, but its darkly hillarious that even when it's a copy of villains she somehow gets the least focus. Every other copy got dialogue, come on.

I'm starting to feel maybe Sonics biggest problem right now is its marketing. By the time anything comes out, all the interesting things about it have been revealed. It's hard to be excited for a new project when, for 4 months, you know 90% of what's in it & the 10% turns out to be nothing of note.

Thoughts on the Chaotix anniversary story:
It doesn't do anything bad, but I feel alot of these milestone stories are severely lacking in anything significant. I get not wanting to overshadow the main plot, but I don't want to have everything sonic puts out this year to be "pretty good but lacking."

I feel I should start a checklist or bingo sheet of things sega and idw keep dragging their feet on doing for sonic. Because they keep piling up and it’s becoming the new major frustration for the franchise, even when they’re doing other things very well.

Look from what I’ve seen of crossworlds dialogue there are alot of poorly thought out lines and lines that clearly didn’t the memo on certain aspects of the franchise. I do not think it’s flawless.

I think what actually happened with Sonic Frontiers was it was so fun and filled with effort in comparison to previous games that our collective standards raised back up to when we first became Sonic fans and now Frontiers doesn't pass the bar it set.

As someone always trying to get into new fandoms, as I can make room for them. It's eternally baffling how radically and jarringly different anime fandoms are from the sonic fandom.
