it's hard not to think about how 5 or 10 years from now, the shooters (and games writ large) we'll be reverently talking about will still be the same ones we talk about now (DOOM 2016, Titanfall 2, etc) because there is no money going around to make new ones of those happen. we are in purgatory.

The issue with my Isolation Kills, My mothership solo rules i is that there is so much written i find it hard what else there is to write or how to streamline it all together. It is becoming increasingly harder to handle.

I wrote a draft for a new blog post then i lost it. I just cant find it anywhere. Its worse because i cant remember if it was digital or physical. Is it in my notes app, my google docs, my markdown writer? is it one of my ideas notebooks, on a piece of paper, on a random index card? who knows!

Read the intergalactic bastionland playtest and...well...uhhh... look scifi is a pretty well worn ground in ttrpgs that most scifi game fulfills a specific niche or gets wierd with it - this so far has no angle, no specific vibe that made elctric/mythic bastionland so strong.

wtf is up with yakuza 3? So a game studio is remaking a game that already has a remaster of which still looks great, in the process cutting so much game content while making the visuals a lot worse, anddd then making the remaster harder to buy?? thats deranged???
