Shout out to the bears people don't talk abt so much!
These are spectacled bears, native to the northwest regions of south america. They have extremely strong jaws when enable them to eat cactuses and bromeliads (plants in the same family of pineapple). Their diets are mostly vegetarian

somehow I never considered that yaoi wasn't pronounced "yowee" in Japanese and that's definitely on me 😭
Tbf it's the only pronunciation I've heard bc that's how everyone pronounces it in English. It's actually either "yah-oy" or "ya-oh-ee"

I love gathering references so much! Even if it’s for a small project there‘s so much to be gained from going down rabbit holes and developing an understanding of the world that enriches both you and your art! Creativity is the point, not something you have to rush through to get to a product
The act of gathering reference is such a deeper thing than just a fucking collage.
It's research, learning, assessing and building on your knowledge base.
Even google image search is dog shit for this, crack a fucking book.

Look man I don’t think the people being poisoned by data centers really care if you remove the generated assets before shipping, and I don’t really care if you “only” use the machine that stole my shit and convinced teens to off themselves for internal PowerPoints.
