The videos I took couldn't capture the utter magic of it. They've been my favourite band for forever and I knew they'd be even better in person and they were. Singing along with the crowd as the nine(!) band members sang and played and jumped around was so joyful and special RAHHHH!!!!! 😫😫😫🤯🤯🤯🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️

Just finished the purple rematch fight in silksong act 3 somehow at full hp and with the hunter's bonus dmg for not getting hit maxed out! Which is insane bc it's the most chaotic fight in the game

Actually figured it out by ear (the sheet music I used as reference is in a different key) and he's singing two entire tones above the high soprano notes at D6 which is INSANE! 😭

Looked at the sheet music for some songs I like and found out that the high note of Daughter of the Dark God (from Octopath Traveler) is a whole semitone below Darren Korb's falsetto high note In the Flame (from Pyre)

to me, “you should create for yourself” and “you deserve to be acknowledged for what you make” are two statements that should coexist. chasing engagement will rot your soul, while being neglected will see your passion wither. loving what you make is a failsafe for when the engagement never comes.
