the reason i picked shoulder focus was specifically bc i think neck/arm/back is a weak area for me so i will defo try to keep this in mind

for quick studies i use line-of-action.com which has photo libraries that u can set study sessions for. i used the hands/feet collection for my hand studies and figures for the shoulder studies
