@hrc.org @colorado.gov with the uncertainty of the direction to the Federal Government especially the courts isn’t it time we “clean up” the state constitution? Maybe permanently remove section 30b (Amendment 2)? And add some more definitive language to the Bill of Rights?

The dangerous precedent the Supreme Court is setting I unimaginable. The next President could reinstate the DOE while dismantling ICE/BP. It really sets us on a collision course for the destruction of the federal government. Which is what conservatives want small federal govt w/ more power to states
